is there a yearly payment web hosting service? (thats cheap)?

Actually, the most economical “budget” web hosting plans from most companies REQUIRE you to pay for a year in advance. Or bi-annually at least.

For example, at my favorite web host, it’s $6.95 a month, but you get billed $83.40 for the full year. Not the absolute cheapest (GoDaddy is $3.99 I think) — but the best bang for the buck in terms of both features and support.

Where can I find cheap web hosting?

I need to make a website but I need it to be cheap. I have a few conditions.

1) It must be under $20

2) It must be yearly, cause some say monthly. I used to think that stuff like “$5.95 a month” meant I can send in money each month but it doesn’t, that’s just something to lure people.

3) I must be able to own the domain, I recently heard that host own the domains, and I can’t have such a thing because I may become a business.
If any of you own a site, can I see it?

- Free Domain Name
- Free Site Builder
- NOT CPANNEL AS A BUILDER/LOGIN

I wouldn’t get web hosting with the same company as where I got my domain name. Probably would be a hassle when you want to change web hosting service especially if you got one of those free domain with webhosting deals.

i am looking to make a website but the only places i can find are like $10.00 a month and i want it to go either yearly or monthly but really cheap also dont ssay freewebs i dont really like it (also i’m not looking for people saying i shouldn’t make it i put alot of thought into and i really want to)
